ICON Automotive Austin

This review is the 8th vehicle I wrote last time. From here, we've progressed to Santa Fe, CX70, Tesla Model Y 2024, two Mazda CX5s, and Venza. All of our employees are highly satisfied. Even while driving under the hot sun on a business trip to Texas, I feel that my skin is getting damaged. However, going through the hands of the ICON automotive artisans here makes me feel much more at ease. I am very satisfied with the very precise details, after-sales service, and response. I went to another tinting shop In Round Rock , had them provide after-sales service twice, and then processed some refunds, eventually having to do it again here. The result is very satisfactory. Thank you Kevin!

I want to thank Brad and his entire team for their outstanding work. They were incredibly patient with me and guided me through every step of the process to protect my car and customize it exactly the way I wanted. The quality of their work exceeded my expectations, and their attention to detail was exceptional. Throughout the entire process, they were professional, knowledgeable, and always willing to answer my questions. Everything was completed on time, and the final result was amazing. I highly recommend Brad and his team 100%. If you’re looking for professionalism, quality, and excellent customer service, this is the place to go.

I picked up my new X5 from the team at Authentic Details nearly a month ago, but each time I go for a drive, I say to myself, “I really need to give these guys some credit.” Admittedly, I am beyond particular about any work done on my vehicles. I have unfortunately not had the greatest experiences with tint work in the past, so I took my time when finding the right shop to work with. Kevin was super patient while helping me explore options, made coordinating the work easy, and kept me informed throughout. When picking up, he and Angel spent a generous amount of time even after they had already closed to go over every question or concern I had. I’m usually skeptical when it comes to reviews, but after experiencing their work firsthand, the team at Authentic deserves all of the praise. I highly recommend them and will absolutely be back!

I am beyond impressed with the customer care and quality of work Authentic Details has provided. I knew I wanted the most reputable PPF vendor in the Austin area to conduct this service on my new car. Out of the top 3 vendors, Authentic Details quickly earned my business. Out of the gates Kevin was extremely communicative and I could tell how passionate they were about providing exceptional service — both in customer relations and in the quality of their work. He was also very honest in helping me understand if I did or didn’t need additional PPF on my vehicle. In today’s society, most businesses will try to get more money out of you — Kevin helped guide me to ensure I was getting what I actually needed based on my driving habits which was NOT additional services, saving me from making an unnecessary increased investment. Thanks Kevin! Ha! From the moment I dropped my car off, I knew I made the right choice when I saw the work they were doing on a Lamborghini Urus, Audi R8, and a beautiful BMW (Kevin also encouraged me to stop by the shop prior to getting my service done which I thought was really cool— perks of going local!). I got a basic front PPF done on my car and I was also i

Another Outstanding Experience from Authentic Details - Highly Recommended! I recently had PPF and window tint installed on my car by Authentic Details, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Brad, the owner, runs a top-notch operation with a clear commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. Kevin was incredibly skilled and detail-oriented - his craftsmanship truly stands out. I’m extremely particular about my vehicles and don’t let anyone work on them. So the fact that I trust Brad, Kevin, and their team says a lot. They consistently make me feel comfortable and confident that my car is in the best hands. From start to finish, the entire staff was proactive, communicative, and attentive. They kept me informed throughout the process and made sure every detail was handled with care. This wasn’t my first time working with them; they’ve also done an amazing job on my wife’s car and several of my friends’ vehicles. Each time, the consistency and professionalism have been exceptional. Authentic Details continues to earn my trust, and I’ll continue to come back for future work. If you’re looking for high-quality automotive protection and tinting with a team that genuinel
